Frédéric Cirou offers us black and white scenes taken in the street, in public places, on public transport. His characters move quickly, like modern life, rushing, running. His rapid, hazy images take us to places that we pass through every day, but FrÈdÈric Cirou gives them a special intensity. Sometimes all it takes is a different eye to see things differently, to bring to light things that we no longer see. These encounters, this new visual technique, were what he was after. Beautiful images in black and white illustrating the modern world are rare. You run, you live with him, you wonder. Who are these people? Where are they going? How do they live? Everyone has their own answers.
