With time, they become the children they have always been. Defenceless. They have relinquished aggressiveness, shyness and spitefulness to make room for authenticity. Far from being ambiguous, the fuzziness covering these faces unveils their identity: the outer appearance fades away while the essence remains. There, where time has smoothed out the rough patches, the personality can be asserted freely, as if sheltered behind a two-way mirror.
