In a unique twist, Michele Constantini documents a family beach vacation by focusing on the ordinary objects and essentials they bring to enjoy their time at the beach. With images of beautifully composed human objects juxtaposed upon natural beach settings, she captures the large, fresh, vibrant nature of the ocean shoreline. These carefully placed objects, abandoned in mid-use, remind us of a larger presence, or of the missing owner, perhaps frolicking nearby in the warm ocean waves.
