The airport is a bridge between destinations and cultures. The travelers are so different and varied yet immersed in activities and emotions shared by us all. With this backdrop, photographer Matthieu Spohn examines men and women as they occupy themselves en route to their final destination. With a perceptive eye, the most mundane of circumstances take on larger symbolic and conceptual meanings. Each image illuminates an emotion or leads to an interesting concept waiting to be explored.
